We reserve the right to make changes to product designs, prices, and shipping options without prior notice. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. All prices listed are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. For wholesale customers, agreed payment terms and minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply and must be honoured as part of the wholesale agreement.

Shipment & Possible Delays: We aim to ship all orders the next working day wherever possible. However, during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (such as high order volumes, supply delays, or courier issues), dispatch may take a little longer. In some cases, orders can take up to 10 working days to be shipped after the order is placed. We always work as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Refunds & Exchanges: If you need to refund or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of payment. Items required to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

Promotions & Discounts: Only one discount code can be applied per order. Promotional offers may be subject to individual terms and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.

Intellectual Property: All content, including product names, designs, images, and branding, is the property of BillowK9 and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Liability: We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by misuse of our products. Always supervise your pet while using our items, especially for the first time.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur thereafter. Any follow-up with local postal services will need to be handled by the customer.

All orders are packaged in water-resistant, recyclable mailing bags, meaning items are protected if left outside. However, we cannot guarantee protection if parcels are exposed to extreme conditions, such as being submerged or left unattended for extended periods.
